Facility: Crestwood Center Napa Valley

Job Title: Service Coordinator

Status: On Call

Shift: AM

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Prefer a bachelorís degree in psychology, social work, or a field related to mental health.
Two (2) years of full-time experience or part-time equivalent in a mental health setting.
Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-V and psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery principles.
Familiarity with regulatory standards.
Proven ability to work with others, at all levels within the organization, and collaborate effectively.
Above-average interpersonal, problem-solving, and written and oral communication skills.
Experience in working with health care and mental health regulatory agencies.
Meet minimum competencies or design plan to meet competencies within one year of employment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
Cognitive skills to move from one task to another and to attend to detail.
Assist with physical interventions.
